“After a previous bad experience using a letting agent for my property I was considering letting out my property privately but encountered JustMove when doing an agent comparison search online. When Chris first reached out we had a friendly chat about what to expect if I was letting out the property as a private landlord. Chris pointed me to multiple organisation and associations for advice free of charge and immediately I knew this was different to working with the main high street agent like I had previously.
A month later I got back in touch with Chris after realising I don’t have the time to do this myself. Promptly we set up a meeting, reviewed the property establishing a reasonable asking price for the tenant. Once completed Chris advertised the property and within only a few weeks a tenant was identified credit checked and moved in.
